Nice clean place. Good price, friendly staff. Bring laundry soap and dryer sheets for your stay. Full size stove, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Good coffee DOWNSTAIRS in the lobby. Well worth the money for the stay. Will stay there again!

Slow process... (Which is good)! But they are still under construction.

We were very impressed with WaterWalk /Arrowood. It was as described. Clean and new. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room, Wi-fi, Tv's in each bedroom and living room. Also had a full size washer and dryer. Easy check-in, knowledge staff. It was close to I-77 and 21. Easy on and easy off for both. It was close to a Publix, Home Depot, Fast food places. I would highly recommend.

I'm happy to report I never saw one bug at this extend stayed hotel. We did not like the smelling marijuana, as soon as we walked into the lobby and walking down the hall to our room. Originally we booked for a week on Wyndham's app and was able to extend our room for a additional week with no problem at the front desk. It was nice to have a in room washer and dryer!! Staff was friendly and courteous!!! Bed was okay, I had no problem sleeping in it but I like a soft bed. Wasn't unable to receive extra pillows on request. So went to the store and bought my own :( The dinning chairs and couch in the room were filthy. Wyndham should invest in slip covers or monthly steam cleaning since this is a extended stay hotel. I stayed in Room 216. Wish I took pictures.

When me and my boyfriend arrived I was told our reservation was canceled for no reason but received no canceled email and was told they had no rooms. I left crying since I had to get ready for concert and had no where to go since we were out of state , we drove down the road to another hotel when they texted and said since I pre checked in(which they sent an email and text saying to do as it would be more helpful) that was the reason they didnt see my booking. When we got to our room there was a weird smell and we noticed a hole in the bathroom door and spots on the couch, after looking around and opening cabinets i noticed they left trash and OPENED HALF EATEN food! They only have 2 very flat pillows for the beds and a very thin comforter. They also had no body wash for the whole stay. So needless to say Im never going back for $250 I expected a lot more for my buck.

I first began staying at Water Walk when it first opened. Since I am in the area a couple of times a month I made it my home away from home. Early 2023 a family that lives in the area began to host me and I didnt need to stay in a hotel. However, recently the matriarch of the family passed away. Had a couple of other ladies who were to join me on this trip and in preparation I booked one of the 3 bedroom accommodations. I booked it well over a month in advance. Upon check in I was informed that because I used a 3rd party website to book, and that they had over booked the 3 bedroom rooms, that we would be split up into two different rooms. I went with it, Ive worked in hotels and sometimes things happen. I took the room that was 1 bedroom while my friends got to stay together. We ended up not even better by able to spend anytime together as we were there for a conference. The most egregious part of the stay wasnt being split up, or that the espresso maker has been removed, or that the overall facility is beginning the look worn, or the riff raff in and out, or that someone slammed their car door into mine and ignored itthe smell of marijuana everywhere, getting propositioned on the elevator It was probably how disgustingly dirty my room was. The kitchen floor had grease all over it, the dishes were put in the dishwasher but had eggs all over them, there were stems from pot on the couch and footrest, but the worst part was the little black curly hairs everywhere..especially in the shower and all over the towels. When I went down to get a clean blanket and towels I was told no on the blanket as they only have a limited number, and that they didnt have any clean towels to give me as people steal them when they go back home. It seems they take the kitchen supplies home with them too. It will be hodgepodge in the kitchen and if you need a skillet or spatula, you will probably be turned down for that also. I went downstairs to ask for dish soap and a sponge so that I could clean the dirty dishes and the gal working the desk tried to turn me away saying that it was under the sink. Maam, I wouldnt have come back downstairs to ask for something if I hadnt already looked for it in my room Ill attach some pictures of all the hair to this review. Oh, and I ended up paying full price because to discount it would need approval, after they tried to tell me my room had been compedI said no, you put me in a single room after I had booked a 3 bedroom. This is my first negative review for a hotel stay, and I hate writing it. I used to LOVE staying here, and have wonderful memories there.

Me and my son stay 2-3 nights at different hotels just to have some male bonding time and also a scouting trip . Ive been the chief engineer at a few different hotels in his life time, back in 2020 I became disabled so I had to simi retire from work, my son is autistic and he remembers the fun we had when daddy was working and we used visit diffrent properties. And while I was here I tightened up the shower doors so now the slide like butter. We really like this place the employees were nice, it was clean and quiet.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham in Charlotte, NC. The hallways and common areas consistently smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment throughout my visit. In addition, I requested an iron and ironing board upon arrival and followed up multiple times over the next five days. Despite my repeated efforts, I did not receive one until I escalated the issue to corporate on the sixth day. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for business and needed to maintain a professional appearance. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The furniture was torn and visibly dirty, there was a hole in the wall, and another in one of the doorsissues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked in. While the staff was courteous, these ongoing problems significantly impacted my overall experience. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.

My name is Shauquetta Dotson, and I recently stayed at your hotel for a two-night visit 10/10-10/12. I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the level of service I received, the multiple billing errors that occurred during my stay, and the overall unprofessionalism I encountered from your staff. I am requesting a full refund of my stay due to the numerous inconveniences and unacceptable experiences I endured. From the moment I checked in, my experience was unprofessional and disorganized. The front desk agent was preoccupied on her phone worrying about how her hair looked while I stood waiting to be checked in. She did not pay attention to the POS system, which resulted in confusion about my prepaid reservation. I had already paid in advance for a two-bedroom suite with a balcony. Which I paid an additional $250 online and even after doing so, I never received the balcony room I reserved and paid for. The billing issues only escalated from there. My card was charged over $750 in multiple transactions, many of which were supposedly refunds that instead resulted in additional charges. Despite assurances from management that these would be corrected, I am still waiting for these authorizations to be released. As you know, pre-authorizations can take several days to clear, meaning that during my entire stay, my funds were unavailable. This completely ruined my trip, as I could not participate in the activities I traveled for. Additionally, while I was out one evening, my card was charged another $100 without authorization. When I returned and reported it, staff confirmed that a team member named Kayla processed the charge, but I was not provided with an explanation or resolution. On top of the billing issues, the room conditions were unacceptable. I discovered dirty underwear left in the washing machine, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the TV and internet did not work at all. I requested assistance with the television multiple times but was told they were new TVs and the issue could not be resolved. Only one employee, the following morning, showed genuine concern and professionalism. She apologized on behalf of the hotel, admitted the mistakes were on your end, and tried to assist me as best as she could. Unfortunately, by that point, the damage to my trip experience had already been done. This entire situation was extremely stressful, disappointing, and financially disruptive. I did not travel to simply sit in a room dealing with billing errors, poor hospitality, and unclean conditions. Given the circumstances and the lack of resolution during my stay, I am requesting a full refund for my booking as compensation for the inconvenience, unprofessionalism, and financial impact this caused me.
