Stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Very nice hotel! Nice amenities, met a lot of cool people while staying here, especially while enjoying cigars outside on the property! The only down fall, there was no pen and paper in the room for me to write down notes for work calls. All the other Hilton hotels supple a notepad and a pen.

I was very pleased with Joshua, the front desk clerk...from the time I made the reservations until we checked out. The rooms are absolutely clean and had a neutral, clean smell to it. Everything was clean and crisp! We had the lake view room and it was absolutely beautiful day and night. We certainly will stay here again on our next in-town overnight visit!

The bed was so comfortable, we couldn't believe it. I have rods and screws in my back and I wanted to take the bed home. Also the pillows make me not want to get out of bed. Very clean rooms, wish they had a soak tub. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Staff was very respectful, not even one of them were rude. Only complaint is that they changed me for breakfast, when it was included with my room. We will be back.

Location of this hotel is great, but the guest service has been lacking. Long checking in line. I am talking about out of the door long. I have done customer service job for a long time and dont understand why any company would operate like this. I am sure they know up front how many people will be expected to come to the hotel but yet they did zero to prepare for it. One person checking in the other one is doing some kind of group room just processing room keys. Why cant they do that when they werent busy in the morning instead of 4-5pm when everyone shows up for check in? That really baffles me. And then the hotel door is paper thin. I can hear people talking in the room across from mine room in inside my room!!! Its ridiculous. For the price they charge for rooms here, its not worthy it. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of other hotels nearby.

George Beatty and Josh Dixon (GM/and Mgr) were extremely kind and helpful when we had a situation arise. This hotel is walking distance to the hospital and the kindness of the staff made it so easy to spend time with my relative staying at the hospital. 10/10 excellent customer service. Keep up the good work, guys!
