Don't forget to use o.m when booking your hotel. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. Before I arrived, I was upgraded to the Executive level- so I felt like a celebrity. The hotel is in a great location, they have great amenities, awesome staff, and also have a pretty tasty restaurant. I recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

We were in an executive level suite and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Room was well cleaned and the halls were quiet. Interactions with staff were always pleasant. Location is great foe walking to anywhere you want in uptown.

I honestly don't know were to start, By far the worst experience I ever had with a Hilton in my life. I was staying due to surprising my husband for fathers day and our new engagement. When I first walk in i was struggling with bags, no offer for help or a cart. It was 3 agents one including the supervisor "Alex" i was not greeted at all. It was only me and another couple whom seem to be not happy as well. The gentleman who help me didn't have a name tag by the way, was very rude ask for my id didn't greet me. I am a diamond member. i was also told my card declined witch wasn't true and I was beyond embarrassed, then he said it was his machine. Then he send me to Alex whom swipe my card again and it went through the first-time. So i now have two charges on my card. To be honest i didn't even stay I didn't feel welcome. i called in tears Sunday speaking to "Alex" informing him my card was charged twice. He told me "I said what i said and I'm not continuing this conversation with you" then disconnected the call . He was so mean tome. I recommend no one to come here at all. I also worked for Hilton properties for years and great customer service is a must . The manager peter will be back in Tuesday I'm so ready to speak to him. I wasn't even explained the amenities of the hotel. All i wanted was a good experience. You should treat everyone nice you never know what people going through..

Older hotel and it actually smells like it. No food after ten and nothing but chips and snacks hence not business traveler friendly. When I spend over $200 Id like glass cups not cheap plastics. Good view and good shower pressure.
