So thankful that we were recommended Tech Factory for our needs at QuirkCon 2019. They helped us put together our conference, our award show and our event parties. We told Ricardo a general idea of what we were looking for and he came back with suggestions that made our event amazing! Also, the staff on site was so helpful and had such a calm presence, even when we asked our several requests. If you are bringing a conference or anything involving esports or theatrics to North Carolina, I HIGHLY recommend Tech Factory!

COVID-19 changed the delivery for what would normally had been an in-person conference. As the one responsible for planning and executing an annual in-person conference, I had no idea how to do it virtually. I was introduced to Tech Factory in 2020 and in March 2021, the conference was held virtually for the first time ever and in April 2022, the conference was held as a hybrid and both were a huge success due to use of Tech Factory! Ricardo Hicks and the Tech Factory team walked us through every detail on how the production services would be delivered. They are highly proficient, professional and extremely efficient. I worked with Tech Factory for a corporate event and the experience was phenomenal. Ricardo is extremely kind, professional and communicative.
