You know when people say that the food at weddings always suck? Well, my husband and I can safely say we are one of the lucky ones that didnt have that experience. Alyssa and the Roots Catering team were a joy to work with and incredibly professional. The food was amazing. The bison sliders barely made it out of the kitchen before being devoured! Our guests continue to reach out and tell us the food was just awesome. The dinner is such a big part of the wedding and Roots hit it out of the park. You will not be disappointed trusting them with your wedding or special event!! Thank you again!!

We used Roots to cater our Christmas party this year, and we are so glad we did! We received so many compliments on the food; it was absolutely delicious! We chose the option to pick up the food ourselves, and the instructions to reheat and assemble our food were easy to follow and execute. They also provided us with everything we needed to serve the food and keep it warm. The customer service was excellent as well, and everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be repeat customers!

ROOTS was recommended to us by our venue and I am so glad it was, everything was exceptional. The food was delicious, their brisket is out of this world. The display for our cocktail hour was beautiful and all the appetizers so yummy. Our buffet line moved quickly and the servers were on top of water refills and clean up, which all the guest appreciated. When we originally booked ROOTS we were working with Olivia who eventually transitioned into a new position and Alyssa then became our new contact. Both ladies were wonderful and extremely helpful with questions and recommendations. I even reached out to Alyssa the morning of the wedding to add coffee and she instantly responded and was able to add it on no problem. If you want your wedding day or any event to go perfectly I highly recommend choosing ROOTS.

Hands down the best catering experience I have ever had! I am so blessed to have such a wonderful team serving me on my wedding day! They deserve all the credit for such a wonderful wedding day. Every person complemented on how wonderful the food was. The staff were professional and efficient, and made my guests feel truly special. Thank you roots catering for all you do! Alyssa was the absolute best to work with and made me feel confident and calm the entire time planning the wedding. I would recommend roots to anyone!!!

Roots catered our wedding through Beau Monde at The Collectors Room and it was absolutely delicious. The process and overall experience with Roots was great. They took our feedback from the tasting seriously and made sure our menu was exactly what we wanted including honoring pricing from when we booked vs their updated pricing as the months went on. The passed apps were a major highlight and the food stations were each delicious and our guests loved everything. My wife will only continue to lament at how she only ate 1.5 of the deviled eggs during cocktail hour and will always want more.
