We recently partnered with NewSouth Event Rentals for a large member golf tournament and dinner event at our country club, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The booking process was simple and seamless, communication was excellent throughout, and their team was incredibly professional. The delivery drivers were prompt, courteous, and kept us informed prior to arrival. They handled the setup and breakdown efficiently, allowing our staff to focus on the event itself. We used New South Event rentals 2 weeks ago and it was an amazing experience as always for us as planners! From their availability to answer questions and meet in the warehouse as needed, to the sweet and helpful friendliness of the delivery crew and the follow up, everything really was just perfect. We rented lounge furniture from New South the day of wedding and the furniture was absolutely gorgeous. Their prices and delivery fees are reasonable as well! I think there was some confusion of where it went at the venue which led to me getting a call asking for location placement (instead of our planner whose information had been shared) when we had previously provided location layouts and floor plans. Overall would recommend as a furniture rental vendor!

Wonderful experience - all the way around! Working with Finn was super easy and he was able to answer all of my questions and make the necessary adjustments to our needs. The chairs we rented were of great quality and well maintained. Delivery and pick up were a breeze and the guys were so nice! Highly recommend!
