Good people. Especially Carlotta! She was very nice and helped me with directions to get into the warehouse as it's close to downtown Atlanta. Unloaded in less than 30 minutes. I only had 3 crates and their cutoff time for deliveries is 4pm. I got there at 345pm. Quitting time so not sure if that had anything to do with quick unload or not. But for my 1st experience there they get

We got billed for someone else's stuff, we never got all of our stuff, they refused to help us because they said we owed them money when we did not actually, and it's a month after the event and we still haven't received our stuff back, because they don't know how to follow their own form. They are now asking for information which either wasn't requested for the event, or information that we've already given them. This is a terrible company and I would never use them if I had a choice.

Worst company ever. Im driver of box truck and they let me wait 3 hours in front of the gate, later they let me backup to the loading dock and then let me wait on loading dock more than 3 hours. I had only 7 pallets and it was only 2 box trucks. For big trucks even worst. Avoid this company for your good. Alao, rude staff and totally disorganized. Unfortunately there is 0 stars!
