The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large. I think they could spend a little more time on cleaning as there was mold in the tub under the shower mat and the toilet ran every 15 minutes all night long. The man at front desk wasnt very friendly and didnt seem to care when I let him know they might want to check on the toilet. The carpet could definitely use shampooing. The gal that is in charge of the little breakfast area is quite nice and helpful!

At check in stood in line for 20 min to get checked in front desk moved very slow and didnt care. Stayed for a weekend and found out on the last day door was not locking after we shut it. Room 109. 2 days in a row front desk stated they didnt have towels or wash cloths. Toilet and shower constantly dripped. The air conditioner unit was loud as hell. Sink had a slow drain when washing hands sink filled up. Came knocking on door to have us check out when my reservation check out was at 12. On the last night people across the hall got into a fight slamming the room doors and yelling at 130am. I will not be coming back here.

First off, called from airport for the shuttle. No available shuttle and had to uber. Hotel has seen better days. Hallways and rooms floors were dirty. No attention to detail. Arrived to breakfast at 8am. (Ends at 9) Everything was empty! Asked if they were going to be refilled and was told NO. Only Waffles and cereal available, juice broken. Oh and forget about the pool. Long story short, you get what you pay for...

I stayed here for a night after my plane got canceled due to inclement weather. For $130 a night, this was exceptionally disappointing. The first room they gave me wasn't cleaned and you could still smell the people who were there before me. I went to get another room and the second room they gave me also wasn't turned over. On top of this, the customer service was very poor and they weren't even apologetic that this happened twice. I would never stay here again.

The room smelled good and was great. The shuttle was fantastic. The continental breakfast was frustrating. The juice machine had dried brown whatever in it. At 0800 the waffle maker was out. No bacon or sausage. No eggs. Great price point. The hall on the third floor smelled strongly of vomit. They wouldn't find a bed so my son could sleep in the room too. They wouldn't let us upgrade so we could have a second bed. Do they not have competition????
