Catching up on reviews. I have enjoyed many concerts at this venue. This review is for Sunday, 09-18-22. I had the pleasure of enjoyed Wu-Tang Clan & Nas. It was my first time seeing both of them live. There were A LOT of people in attendance, but the staff did an excellent job of keeping everyone in order. Looking forward to enjoying many more shows!

First experience seeing a concert at this venue. I must say the venue itself is amazing, well organized, clean and staffed with the most helpful, kind people. That being said, getting into the venue was a completely different story! Traffic was out of this world crazy! We totally missed the opening acts and got to our seats only 15 minutes before the headliner came on stage. There must be better way to handle such an influx of traffic! I know if traffic engineers were to put their heads together, a creative solution could be found. Waiting in a traffic line for nearly 2 hours is just not acceptable. Maybe some type of satellite parking could be instituted and people could be bussed to the venue. Most anything would be better than what we experienced. Work it out, please.

This is my home venue since I live about an hour away. Weve seen 7 shows here in 4 years and havent had a bad experience yet. Parking and entrance and usually smooth. Staff have always been helpful AND dont hesitate to enforce rules when people are being disrespectful. Guest Services made my sons first concert a really special experience.

While I love this venue, we had an extremely hard time getting to the venue to park for the BSB concert. I'm not sure if was the venue or possibly a wreck that was causing the traffic/parking issue. The venue did a pretty good job of getting cars out of the parking areas after the concert. We were sitting in Section 9 and had a great view of the stage. Overall, I've always had good experiences at this venue.

Loved this venue! I paid for general admission and ended up front row!! I will warn you not to be in a hurry leaving as the parking lot is insane after the show. Oh and don't pay for early parking like I did! Lol. I paid $30 to be able to get into the lot at 2:00 but it was already open for everyone at 2:00 AND FREE to park!!
