It's better than the resort we stayed at in Myrtle Beach! The rooms were modern and technologically up to date! Everything was super clean! Super spacious, especially for a hotel near the airport, which is only 10 minutes away! The Charlotte Outlets are super nearby, only a 2 minute drive! Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area!

Rooms were clean, and location was great. Very near restaurants and grocery items for your small kitchen. An only 8 miles from airport . Very nice pool and deck for relaxing after a hard days work. Also if your wife is with you, their is a nice nail salon close by to give her a break. I will be back.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are some of the best I've ever had. The breakfast??? Wish I could give them 6 stars!!! The lady in the mornings really goes out her way to provide an awesome, healthy and great variety of breakfast foods that rank top notch in quality. I loved the outside area as well! All in all I enjoyed EVERYTHING about my stay here!!

As Marriott owners, we stay in a wide range of Marriott properties around the world. We stayed at Steele Creek Thanksgiving week 2022, from Sunday thru Saturday. This newer property was a welcome surprise. Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfasts were really good, with a rotating assortment of the hot items. Nice free parking and excellent WiFi. Nice central location with easy access to the airport, shopping, uptown, as well as Ballantyne. The staff were 100% excellent, friendly, and went out of their way to please. While everyone was great, we'd like to especially call out Rachael, who worked the day shift at the front desk during our visit. Super pleasant, always with a sweet smile and a positive attitude. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.

So far I am not happy about their service. I felt some aggravation when I was checking in. Then when I called down to front desk and asked if they had any rooms with a door for the bedroom. All I got was they are sold-out tonight. No unfortunately we can't fulfill that request because we are sold-out. Just we are sold out. We will see what else is their behavior when I confront them on this.
