Great stay. Room has blackout curtains and that are very effective. Rainfall and handheld shower heads were very nice! Beds were very comfortable and room was able to be turned down to 64f, perfect for us both. There is a rooftop bar and a Japanese restaurant on the second floor. I would totally come back here. Very new. Manager told me it was 1 year and 2 months old. The whole area is very upscale.

This is a semi-new hotel, and its worth every penny. Ive stayed in lots of hotels and I have to admit that this was my top 3 favorite hotels! The rooms look exactly like the pictures - literally perfect! They provide complementary robes and waters during your stay, and the staff were so nice!

We stayed here while in town for the ACC Championship. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and our room was very clean and modern. This appears to be a very nice area and thus felt very safe and upscale. I can't speak for accessibility of nightlife or anything, but for our purposes, the location was great. It wasn't too far out of downtown, but enough that we felt like we were in a very nice area of Charlotte. I'd absolutely stay here again if we were in town for anything.

Very nice hotel, located close to the mall and other places for shopping. The rooms were very clean and modern looking. I had one with a view of the city.The only down side about the room was that I wished it was bigger; felt a little compact. The staff were superb! They were extremely friendly and offered suggestions to various places in the area. When it comes to parking, there are 2 parking garages close by, not attached to the hotel. There is also a gravel lot close by. I just wished it was paved. The restaurant on the top floor is very nice as well with the option to sit out on the balcony overlooking the city. There is also a small but lovely restaurant on the 2nd floor for brunch. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come again.

Thank you for a great stay. Your bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Best couple of nights sleep I've had in awhile. Modern, clean, organic products. Free Parking. Great location. Cozy. My only disappointment was not being able to eat at Mizu, because they were closed during my entire stay. The restaurant was a part of the reason I booked a stay there. My first time staying at a Hyatt.
