Stayed here over the weekend to visit friends, was super easy to book, check in was easy and had no issues! Parking was full but they have plenty of spots in the Camden lot right down the street. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized and only wound up using my room for a good few hours. However, staff was very empathetic and helpful, Shelby at the front desk was able to get me a later check out time, so I could recover before the trip back home. Very much appreciated, thank you Shelby! Would definitely stay here again next time im in Charlotte!

We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Charlotte, NC. The property has an awesome vibe, a very convenient location, and beautiful views of Uptown Charlotte. The staff was welcoming and professional, housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the overall experience felt comfortable and well-managed. We stayed in a suite, which was perfect for entertaining guests with its separate living room and additional guest bathroom access. The parking facility was convenient, the 24-hour coffee availability was a great touch, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning. Overall, a wonderful stay with comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for business, and didn't expect for a 3-star hotel to be so clean and comfortable. I checked in late, and the staff was so kind and the whole process was easy. Breakfast had a pretty impressive spread, and while I didn't have time to use the gym, it had some cardio machines and free weights. The location is easily walkable to many restaurants and shops around the area, and close to a light rail if you want to go further out. Highly recommend!

I just had one of the worst experiences while having breakfast here at the hotel. I went down for breakfast and opened a package of Philadelphia cream cheese to put on my bread and make an egg sandwich. I left the empty wrapper (trash) next to the toaster while I prepared my sandwich, intending to throw it away afterward. It was so unpleasant, and the attitude was terrible when a girl named Monica, with an arrogant tone of voice and facial expressions showing annoyance and a terrible attitude, said to me, "The trash is back there." I hadn't even finished making my sandwich yet; I wasn't leaving, and I was going to throw that trash away. What I find unpleasant is her attitude and the way she asks for things. Meanwhile, the service she provides to white people is noticeably different. Five minutes later, a white person dropped some bacon on the floor, and she went and cleaned it up with a smile on her face. She even made a big fuss over them and cleaned it up in the best way possible. Therefore, the treatment I received this morning from Monica demonstrates a lack of customer service and I would even dare to say it was an act of discrimination because I am not white. I can't understand how someone who works in the kitchen and occasionally interacts with hotel guests can have this kind of attitude.

regular room expansive don't offer breakfast and one night cost me close to $400. No amenities. The biggest attraction is the room does have a huge screen TV, blow dryer shampoo, body wash. The peephole was broke of the door. I also discovered a liquid running down the inside of my door that was unknown and suspicious to me. Near local restaurants.
