Booked a room online with this establishment and it went smoothly. No complaints about the room. It was in a great location near the entrance. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless. The exterior as well as the interior. The location was convenient to where I had to go during my stay. Definitely will be back sooner than later.

Great rooms. Roomy. Clean. Wonderful showers. Convenient location. Lots of dining options nearby. The evening staff is wonderful when you check in. The night time staff continues to block the door and the drive thru with their personal vehicles making it difficult for guests to use the drive through and even more difficult for them to load their belongings.

We're in town for the Royal Comedy Tour & decided to stay here (15mins away). This hotel has plenty shops nearby & plenty of places to eat. The room was spacious, neat and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel - staff was friendly and the amenities were modern, clean and well maintained. Breakfast in the morning was excellent! Glad we stayed here, we will keep this hotel on the shortlist next time we are there.

Everything was fine. Amanda at the front desk could be a little nicer at check in! She was failry rude and acted like she couldnt be bothered. I am sure most travelers are tired from their drive. She could try to be a little nicer or maybe have a non customer facing job.
