We stayed here for two nights during my birthday getaway. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is the second time weve stayed, but this time instead of getting a regular room, we opted for a suite. Our suite was amazing. It was clean, nice and huge. It put you in the mind of a efficiency apartment. The only downside I would say (not the hotels fault) is that whoever was on the floor above us stomped, and pushed things around the floor until 3-4 in the morning. It was annoying, but turning the television up did the trick. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good airport hotel. If you need a place to stay for a night, this hotel will take care of you. The service was great, from the slightly after hours pick up at the airport, to the helpful front desk staff, to the satisfying breakfast and homemade cookies on check out, they had everything we needed to start our vacation off right. I wished I had had time to try the pool. I bet during summer it is very refreshing. There were a few broken things around the hotel, like a light fixture in the hallway, plus the clock and sink stopper in our room (#323), but they didn't get in the way. Overall the hotel was clean, well maintained, and a great value, especially with free breakfast and airport shuttle. I'd stay there again.

A delayed flight had my family coming in to Charlotte well after our connecting flight home was gone. American Airlines gave us options for comped hotels. Upon reading reviews for the comped hotels, I chose to pay to stay here instead. Jamaar is great, super friendly, and worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of. The room is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they are on an overnight layover at the airport.

We stayed here on new year's eve for our visit to Charlotte. The hotel is modernly designed. It looks very nice! It was very clean and has a great lobby. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful also. The breakfast was very good especially those cinnamon rolls. The only thing I didn't like was the location. It is on a back road off of I85 and about 15 minutes from the downtown area. You can hear all of the traffic from the interstate. I still love the hotel though.

The room was very clean and fully stocked with everything that could possibly be needed. The front desk personnel were friendly, efficient and accommodating. The location was close to the airport but there are not many food options nearby. This location offers a full hot breakfast and it was good.
