My company holds our Anna organization meeting here, and always very clean atmosphere. Seems I am always seeing someone cleaning, wiping down tables, mopping, vacuuming etc. They always serve us fresh coffee as well. I have never stayed here so cant speak on the rooms, but if looking for event space I think its a great place.

As a work traveler I stay in holiday inn expresses almost everyday so it's important to feel at home. Janelle immediately made me feel at home with her hospitality and smile. Rooms are clean and up to date. Would definitely feel comfortable taking my family here.

If I could rate a 0, I would. Nice workers at the desk and food area at breakfast. Horrible customer service from the general manager. We encountered a problem that was the hotel's fault. Manager would not return my calls. VERY long story with many phone calls to corporate and the local hotel. I will NEVER stay here again. Nice , clean place. Just if you have a problem and need manager assistance, you're in the wrong place.

Really clean rooms and great customer service. Indoor pool was nice and breakfast was really good and actually varied daily

Very impressed!!!! Very clean, and great staff. Staff shoutouts go to Frances and Damon. (Hopefully I'm spelling there names right) they were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming! Just as good as staying at a Hyatt if not better!! If I ever come back to Charlotte... I know where I'll be staying. Keep up the good work!
