My job brought me to Rock Hill SC. This is a beautiful area. Ive spent the entire week here. The staff has been wonderful. Super friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms. Very accommodating. Very convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The staff there was very pleasant and accommodating. Brandi at the front desk took excellent care of me and my family. She answered my questions patiently and without making me feel like I was being a bother. We will definitely stay again.

If there was a zero it would be used. My mother stayed here overnight while traveling back from a trip. It was later in the evening and she needed so she got a room. The first room was invested with ants. She asked for a different room and they got her in one. She wasnt sure if there was something in the bedsheets or not but she continues to itch. She woke up in the middle of the night after only a few hours asleep, and went to the restroom only to find a roach going across the floor, she packed up and left and I asked for a refund only for them to say my manager will call you. I do not recommend.

The hotel was very clean. The angel at the front desk was so kind, ordered a wheelchair for my mother who has dementia. She stepped around the desk to hold her hand and talked with her while I parked the car. Its that warm human kindness you normally dont see. True hospitality! Highly recommend the Hilton and white glove service!

All the staff hotel, registration, bar, restaurant area, housekeeping were outstanding!! You can tell they love their job & love the people that are traveling. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
