I stay in hotels often for work and was really impressed with this one. Exceptionally clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Gym is well maintained with a good amount of equipment. Breakfast was well stocked and the staff working were friendly and helpful. Overall great atmosphere both in the room and out. Would recommend.

I gave the hotel a 3-Star review primarily because of the hidden parking fees. No where is it posted that by parking on the lot you will have to pay a daily fee. You arent informed of this on check-in, nor when you depart. Even if you did not park, you are charged this fee. The parking lot does not have a gate, where you just might think you have to pay. Nothing. The hotel is clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly, but I dont like Gotcha fees. It stealing. For every room there is a fee. Its approximately $3.00 per day, per room. While they removed it without fuss, if I was one who did not pay attention to bills, they would have gotten me for $12.00. It adds up. Its corporate stealing.

Much larger hotel than I was expecting. Very nice, clean and decorated beautifully. Walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, loved the little loveseat. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. Overall very nice hotel, would definitely recommend.

Alright hotel overall, it gets the job done. Amazing breakfast, I must say. While we were sleeping, the smoke detector had this flashing light, that made it hard for me to sleep. There were kids jumping up and down, and it made it hard to sleep with all of the noise. They even had stains on the mattress! Would not go again. Would not recommend to a friend or colleague.

Positive comments: the location (near many restaurants, shops, grocery store, family, etc) and the complimentary breakfast each morning was perfect. Negative comments: 1. We did not drive/rent a car/use the parking lot but we still were charged a daily parking fee. The website said parking was free. 2. When we arrived, the staff informed us that there weren't many housekeepers available over the weekend, so we had to chose bed service for either Saturday or Sunday. We chose Saturday but never received ANY housekeeping services during our 4 day/ 3 night stay. I had to go to the front desk on the last night to retrieve fresh towels. Glad I always pack extra towels from home. 3. Because we did not receive any housekeeping services, there was 4 days/3 nights worth of garbage in our room. Disgusting! 4. When we first checked in the room Friday morning, there was a blown light bulb. I immediately called the front desk. The receptionist said there was not anyone on site besides herself (it was 245pm) to repair and we would have to wait until Monday to have the light bulb changed. I told her I was not willing to sit in a dim room for 2 days, she offered to switch our rooms and would send someone up with new keys (but didn't she initially say no one was working except her). When the gentleman came, he had 2 light bulbs in his hands saying the hotel was booked and we weren't able to get another room. Would I recommend this facility or stay here again? Absolutely not! I travel 3-4 times a year so I know what to expect. This hotel definitely did not meet my basic expectations
