We stayed here on a trip from VA to FL and we couldnt have picked a better place to stop for the night! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms were spotless. The best part of our stay was the friendly staff! Deidre was amazing from the second we checked in until the time we checked out! She got to know our family and was so kind! Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay in a great area.

We always stay in Hilton brand hotels and this one did not disappoint. Definitely the nicest and cleanest weve stayed in post lockdown. The breakfast was very impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were given a list of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores upon arrival which was super helpful. The front desk staff was awesome, especially Deidre (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). I highly recommend staying here when in the Charlotte/Concord area!

Perfect location to get in and around Charlotte. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is very clean and the entire Hotel is extremely clean and well-kept! Our room was made perfectly each day and we always felt welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

This Hampton Inn was AWESOME. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who promptly checked me in. My room was spacious and very clean. The hot complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

My husband was trying to check us in at this location because we just sold our truck and had a lot of money with us. The front door was locked. The sign, said 11pm-6am He asked the lady what time they lock they lock door. She said whatever time we feel like it. She could barely breathe walking to the front, had a nasty attitude and was overall very rude. We are Frequent Hilton quests at all locations and receive excellent accommodations at all of them. We figured this should be no different. It was.
