0 stars is more appropriate. This was a waste of money. This hotel needs to be condemned. Any one giving this a good review, definitely lives in a nasty dirty ghetto environment. DO NOT believe their reviews. This hotel was so absolutely DISGUSTING. Hair was everywhere. The floor was NASTY. The bathroom is awkward. The bathroom had dirt on the walls. I had to ask for toilet paper, towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Yes we use wash clothes. I ended up using my travel Clorox wipes to clean damn near the whole room. My 10 year old was highly disappointed because we normally stay in better hotels. This hotel is not for normal clean people like myself. Never again!

I had come across some unfortunate bad reviews about this hotel but I booked anyways. Im so glad I did the hotel and staff were great! It was my first time to the area and I was traveling alone I felt safe in the hotel as well as in my clean spacious room. People dont always leave the good reviews so I wanted to come on and say I was super pleased with everything about this hotel. I plan to be back many times to this area in the future and will definitely continue to book here! Thanks again for the great service.

Everything was sticky; floors, counters, door handles and elevators. It's evident that house keeping is an issue here. The bath tub was dirty as was the counters and table. The beds were clean and there were towels but those are the only positives. There was also a strong smell of Marijuana that lingered throughout the hotel. Seeing how dirty everything was, we didn't chance staying for breakfast.

The hotel needs basic and detailed cleaning in hallways, elevators, first floor area around fitness room toward side exit. A constant musky smell, like it hasn't been mopped and freshened in months!!! Same smells in elevators, debris on floors, the hotel is neglected, needs attention!.. breakfast buffet is seriously low on supplies, no waffles, no cereal, no orange juice, or water!! Outside walkways had dog droppings on sidewalk, side door scan is broken and door was constantly left open through night! Fitness room has no wipes, or hand sanitizer, and smells bad!! The room needed some detailed cleaning, floors, bathroom, corners, refrigerator!.if someone in management would focus on those details and make sure employees carried out daily, the hotel would be a nicer place to stay!!....

Check in was great. Room was clean and modern. Infused water available in the lobby. Breakfast during the week is solid. Great value for the price for sure. Pleasantly surprised here. Would definitely recommend staying here. The Mexican joint Azteca is ok too.
