I was sent here by American Airlines due to a flight cancelation and was hesitant to stay due to the reviews. Fortunately, I did not experience any of the issues of previous travelers. The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient. Check in and out was timely and done by friendly staff. My room was a little dated but very comfortable, clean, and had all the basic amenities. The hotel has a hot breakfast available every morning. If you are issued a "meal" voucher, the hotel will accept them at their 24 hour mini convenience store (and the money will go much farther!) I would gladly stay here again.

Unacceptable customer service on 2022-11-07. I was issued a hotel voucher from an airline due to a cancelled flight. I was told to call a number at the hotel to request a shuttle. I called the number 10 times in a row with no answer. I was forced to schedule my own ride to the airport. While I scheduled my own ride I was continually calling the number. When my ride was 2 minutes away they finally answered and asked me to cancel my ride. I asked when they would arrive and they said they did not have an estimate - "I'll get there when I get there". Being left stranded at the airport with no pickup estimate in the middle of the night is not acceptable. Upon arriving at the hotel the staff were engaged in a non work related conversation amongst themselves. They did not acknowledge me at all. No one came to ask me to check in or help. I was forced to interrupt the staff's conversation to get checked in (around 10 30 - 11 PM). When I did this they did not say a word to me the entire time. This did not make me feel welcome at the hotel. Importantly they did not mention when the shuttle would be running in the morning, if at all. There did end up being a shuttle in the morning, but as I was not informed of this I had book another ride back to the airport in the morning at my own expense the previous night to ensure I would make my flight. The level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I am requesting compensation for my rides I was forced to book due to the incompetency of the staff on duty the night of 2022-11-07. This place has lots of potential. The sad thing is, it's little details that would shift this place to better. BUT when you walk into the hotel & Yeezy is bumping on the intercom. No greeting besides to ask me to repeat my name. The service desk person hardly spoke, didn't even check our ID, we signed no paperwork accepting rates or acknowledging hotel policy. The room was not very clean with bleach stains on the carpet. Minor appliances were all unplugged. Small bits of trash under the desk & beds. Mold in the bathroom tub & the tub would NOT drain properly. The pillows had dirt or something on them. The bed was hard as a rock. "Continental breakfast" left a lot to be desired. When calling in to speak with front desk, it took more than 10 rings before someone answered & the person was lacking customer service.

We were just looking for a decent hotel for the night passing through town. The beds were probably the best part. Rooms are dated, smells of various smoke, even though it's non smoking. We also had to kill a roach on the table and I took all leftovers downstairs. Elevators also smell of weed and the people of the area are interesting to say the least. We got through the night but thankfully it was just one night on the way home. Management, no need to put in an apology response, I will never be coming back here anyway.

Dont listen to all the reviews a lot of them are Karens. Yes I Karens. I stayed here for 2 nights on a little get away from the country. So if your like me you can over look some things. Overall it was very clean. The bathroom door didnt latch shut and the front door of my room didnt open without skidding the floor. But honestly who cares. The beds here clean everything worked. The lighting was amazing so it didnt feel like you were in a cave. The breakfast was amazing. They had all sorts of hot foods and pastrys. Its close to the city but tucked away by its self which is nice. Front desk could be a little nicer but I mean if your coming to mind your business this is a good place. I will definitely come here again if Im in the area.
