I will never in my life forget how this place and the staff treated me and my family. Very inhumane and the owner way TERRIBLY rude and a thief along with his gossiping staff. They know what they did and what goes around comes around. I pray for peace for every single person who works here and I hope they heal from whatever they are all going through that they feel it is okay to treat their guests in the manner they did to me and my kids. I still managed to smile through it all and move on with life but this place his highly not recommended. Theres a lot of better hotels around the area and this is not it!!!!!! On the bright side the lady who takes care of breakfast in the morning was so genuine and sweet. Shes the only reason this places even gets a 1 star. So S/O to her!

Excellent for the price. Staff was amazing! Unfortunately while we were there other guests were smoking A LOT of weed on our floor. Also a few things needing fixing in our room like the door latch... I would stay there again just based on the staff.

The room stank overwhelmingly of smoke, and we found cigarette butts under the bed. The carpet was heavily stained. The breakfast looked like it would make us ill. However, location is convenient for the airport. Avoid.

Very dirty mold and old hair in shower the room stinks Im assuming from the dirty carpet or the dark spot on the ceiling the the doors and walls look gross the lobby floor was sticky all the way to where the carpet starts needless to say we will not be back. The staff we encountered were nice we just wish it would have been clean.

Management here is not only incompetent, but completely disrespectful. I directly asked him to have someone fix my toilet that wasn't flushing. He said HE would fix it. Four hours later no one had come. I fixed it myself! The emergency fire alarm sounded SEVEN times during one day. The person in charge stated they made a mistake while doing maintenance yet talked to me EXTREMELY rudely, asking me "who are you?", telling me to just "go back to my room" and proceeded to try to record me on my phone and said "This will be great for socialedia, Karen". Juvenile, incompetent, and NOT worth giving your money to. There are other hotels close by that are the same amount. NEVER stay here. EDITED TO ADD: Trashy manager with trashy staff. DO NOT subject yourself to their abuse.
